Bookstore Coming to Rockwall Texas

The City of Rockwall reports that Half Price Books has signed a contract with Woodmont to bring a  bookstore to Rockwall, Texas.   Planning director Robert Lacroix said that a demolition permit has been issued to Woodmont Properties,  and that Half  Price Books  will take at least half of the old Circuit City location in Rockwall, Texas. Information is still sketchy but more will be released as it becomes available. W0odmont is the Owner/Management company for the Plaza in Rockwall, a 50 acre, 500,000 square foot retail center.
