Rockwall ISD just misses exemplary ranking

Science brought the Rockwall school district down. The district missed an exemplary state ranking because of the science scores of black students, according to the Texas Education Agency. Smalley gets 10 years for invading Rockwall elementary school

Judge Brett Hall of the 382nd Distict Court in Rockwall sentenced Desi Smalley to the maximum of 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine on a charge of attempted kidnapping today, following a punishment hearing.
